The Director of Ticket Operations is responsible for overseeing the ticket sales department and box office. This position is also responsible for managing the group sales department as well as any new ticket campaigns. Initial responsibilities include the establishment of ticket processing procedures, daily ticket sales reconciliation, maintains price codes, mailing lists, and all reports requested by management, and motivates the sales staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
